Birth Integration Session

Speak your story, let your voice be heard, and accept the fullness of who you are. Whether your birth was ecstatic or traumatic, powerful, or painful, there are great gifts available to you in the telling of your story. You may wish to integrate the lessons of a positive birth or begin to heal the wounds of a traumatic one. Either way, birth story integration is medicine.

• 60 minute in-person or virtual story session.

• Tell your story, in exactly the way that feels right to your heart, and receive honest feedback from a sister who loves birth and understands the power of storytelling.

• Initial session: $100

• Optional follow up sessions: $75 each
