True Birth Continuum Package

Take a step into sovereignty as you prepare for a powerfully positive birth.

Beginning as early in pregnancy as you’d like, we will come together for prenatal connection sessions, progressing through your pregnancy, birth and into postpartum.

• Sessions will last 60 minutes and be held in-person or virtually.

• We will connect monthly until 28 weeks, bi-weekly from week 28-36, and weekly from week 36-birth.

• Postpartum visits will occur at 1 day, two days and three days postpartum, and weekly for the next 4 weeks.

• Text and email support will be available throughout our time together.

• For local women, we can discuss the possibility of me being on call for your birth as non-medical emotional support.

• Before booking, we will have a consultation call or meeting to make sure I am a good fit for you and your family.

• Coaching only: $1,500

• Coaching + Birth Support: $2,500

• Birth Support + 2 prep sessions: $1,150
